She has been a practicing dietitian for over 20 years and co-authored the textbook called “Gut Microbiota: Interactive effects on nutrition and health”. Natasha is passionate about translating the latest scientific information into practical tips to help her clients.

Leah is a therapist and clinical social worker with over 10 years experience working with patients struggling with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Leah provides counselling services to address depression, anxiety, addictions, illness adjustment, relationship challenges, and trauma. She has certifications in Emotion-focussed Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns. She has a Masters in Clinical Social Work and a Master of Arts from the University of Calgary.

Lisa has been active in the exercise profession for over 20 years. She received both her Bachelor of Physical Education and Master of Arts (Physical Education) degrees from the University of Alberta, and is an international award- winning clinical exercise physiologist. Lisa completed the Yoga Association of Alberta’s 500 hour teacher training program and is currently completing the International Association of Yoga Therapists accreditation. With a keen interest in physical activity and health, Lisa believes physical activity is a main pillar of preventive medicine and chronic disease management. She is the creator of the Why I Move Project, an online platform dedicated to sharing the reason WHY individuals are physically active.
