There are a few extra things to keep in mind if you are following the LyfeMD program and have a high output ostomy.
If your ostomy output is more than 2000 mL a day, you have a high output ostomy. Follow the guidelines in the resource below and talk to your gastroenterologist. If your output is less than this, focus on the general LyfeMD guidelines outlined in the LyfeMD app.
